Emergency Hunger Relief is especially important, especially to kids from food insecure homes. This allows kids to receive cruical food to help feed them on a day to day basis. These programs are driven by volunteer support and donations from things like food drives. Programs that help provide Emergency hunger relief are things such as Backpack Buddies that sends home backpacks full of food to feed kids on the weekend when they aren’t at school.
